Divine Love Is What You Are

Divine love is allowing the other to be what he or she wants to be.
Everything is equal in Divine love. There are no conditions, no
exceptions, no expectations and no anticipated rewards for the loving.
It simply is.

At the same time, Divine love loves all equally. It extends itself to
every being in exactly the same way. No person is more or less than
the other. Each is given the same attention, heartfelt presence and
understanding as the other. There is no difference in the love one
feels for those who are supportive or for those who are in opposition.
This is the quality of Divine Love that is being asked if each human
in life every day; in each moment and in each breath.

Real love, that is the love that is meant by the word "love", is
something that cannot be turned on and off. It is either there or it
is not there. At the same time, to the degree that one hates one
person, to that degree does that one not love those he or she says he
loves. Love and hate are not companions. They are mutually exclusive
and therefore, when one is present in any way at all, the other may
not be present in that frequency of vibration.

The love that most profess in this time is really only need masked as
something that is being called love. When that need is not fulfilled,
the "love" is withdrawn. One then says that he or she is not "in love"
with that person any longer. Yet, there was no love to begin with. It
was need. It was dreaming of the fulfillment that it would find in the
other, in a specific way, timeframe and with many conditions attached
to it. This is not love. Love has no need. It simply is and requests
and requires no thing.

Love is selfless. It has no selfish agendas and therefore desires no
thing for itself. It feeds the heart and the soul of each being in all
relating-ships and leaves both or all feeling nurtured, fulfilled and
inspired. It gives food to the soul in the essence of that which it is
and while nothing can take its place, it is not ever found wanting. It
is this love that every man yearns for and must give to get back in
return. It is the epitome of the polar world and it carries with it
the Divine devotion of perpetual adoration at the throne of the Beloved.

It carries no worries, has no cares, is filled by being and requires
no doing. Love leads to becoming the other, not only one with the
other, yet actually the other. It is the walking in the shoes of the
other, in the rightness of their acts and their words for them. This
is the enabling of non-judgment and no desire for an opinion; only to
rest within the arms of the Beloved within and to die to the world of
need. Thus, desire ends and fulfillment begins. It is Home.
