Dear Lightworkers, as Solstice approaches, the activity at LW site seems to calm down. The reason is, probably, that we no longer want to rely absolutely on spoken world, and start to listen more to our feelings and sense energetic movements. We can't deny spoken and written word, but they mostly refer to "old" ways of coomunication. Anyway I want to share few interesting and exciting messages... enjoy!
                                                                                              Ego and Higher Self 
                                                                       
We refer many times to Ego as our Human Self, to the part of our being that should be shed off and dissolved in Higher ( Divine) Self. What is the meaning of these two opposites, that shal dissolve in each other? What should we shed off?
The answer is easy - we are in contact with Higher Self when we feel inspiration, excitement, joy, and at the same time Peace with ourselves and outer world. This contact comes sometimes as a spark of light and joy. But our society does everything possible to interrupt or even shut down the transmission of Higher Selves. Beginning from the school, it imposes many fears and limitations on our consciousness.
When we hide our feelings, surrender to fear, worry, or discomfort we live in Ego. Ego is also disbalance - when we serve more to ourselves, or the opposite - to other beings and are actually unhappy.
Higher Self always brings balance and resolution to any situation.
We often refer to aboriginal healing, that consists of simply saying to yourself and other being :
 "I love you"
"I forgive you"
"Forgive me"
"Thank you" 
These four frazes are powerful codes to end the karma. We feel vibration of these words anytime the karma is dissolved. Repeat it for yourself and other beings you met in your journey.

We've discussed the concept of Higher and Lower selves, and can add to them something related to male-female polarities. Diagramm for polarities looks like this:

Higher male aspect refers to spirituality and connection to God. HIgher female aspect refers to compassion , mercy and acceptance.
Lower male aspect is rude and destructive power, that is balanced by Higher Female - gentlness and compassion.
Lower Female carries the quality of greed, chasing material goods and comfort. It is balanced by Higher male - Jesus Christ. That's why many religions that have male prophets insist on abstinance and refusal of material world.
We often work with one of these two polarities, and our partners and spouses represent opposite polarity. Thus we involved in different dramas like victim-abuser, etc.
 We usually comprise in ourselves both parts of polarities - e.g Lower Female with desire of material goods and focuse on material world, and suppressed Spritual male aspect.
The same refers to other polarity - rude power and mercy.
When these extreme polarities are integrated, they look beautiful.Our life also changes. In order to integrate them we must get read of fears and perform karmic clearings using the simple codes given above. Usually fear keeps these counterparts separated. Dissolve the fears.
Your Lower Male fears to show mercy, compassion, vulnerability. His counterpart - Higher Female - fears to show up her power. When Balanced they became Shiva and Parvati.
Lower Female grasps on material goods and pleasures. Her counterpart - Higher Male - rejects them and thrusts himself in abstinence.
