Q:  Masters-Will you please tell me more about Cosmic Ascension?
A: Please state your names- Source is here, The Council of 12 are here, the 12 Elohim and 12 Archangels are here, The Mahatma, Metatron, L. Melchezidek is here, The councils of 12 present are from solar, galactic, universal, and multi-universal levels,  Your Soul and Monad-I Am Presence is here, all Ascended Masters come with Sanat Kumara.  They begin saying....This is an important issue you wish to address.  We are all aware before you decide to call us forth.  You want to assist humanity -to bring forth clear and simply stated information about Ascension.   Yes-Humanity lags behind, as you suspect, because their focus is behind them rather than where they are (referring to the present "now" moment).  There are many incarnated Masters and Advanced Souls upon the planet now-prepared to teach, guide, and assist during these transitional times. 
Q:  Can you tell me their names-those who are here to serve?
A:  No!  There are many- and some whom you already know.  There are many more and of them... there are some who are not yet aware of who they are-still looking and focused on other things-As you've been told before-They are currently detained elsewhere.
 
Q: What do you want me to do?  How can I serve you, the Plan, which you/we have created?  I want to serve in the highest possible way you wish for me that is my mission in these times.
A: It is not time for your mission to be revealed.  Much rests upon each moment.  If we told you now and changes occurred, you may become one-pointedly focused on your mission and unable to change gears.  We see that about you-Your depth is commendable and focus can belike a laser point- strong.
 
Q: Is there something you wish me to do for now, as I pass moments until my mission is revealed?
A: Yes, we want you to continue what you are doing-the expansion and integration is going extremely well-incredible really!  The openings are important.  You must stay on this track for now.  Remain unseen, focus on the inner Ashrams over all external happenings-This is VERY IMPORTANT!  You can write, assist others here and there-However, you are not to launch any ventures-make no permanent or major commitments.   "Float" as you like to say-with Life!    We do not want you locked into or connected anywhere or to anyone right now.  You must really understand this!  You are to receive more than you are meant to do or give-Just be!
 
Q:  The main reason for this meeting is to gain greater, deeper, clearer guidance about both planetary and Cosmic Ascension- If past information is no longer applicable- What is true and right for these now times?
A:  3 -D appears, as many believe, to be dissolving or collapsing...when in truth it is merely dropping back or moving into the background.    Just as you experience as a spark spun off from Source-as the embodiment of all that is, the same as Source...and then sparks or aspects of wholeness were left behind because this freq. could not descend into denser freq. and form with you as you were moving into physical form.  The reverse happens as you ascend - you know this and experienced this on other levels in your life.
 
Have you not experienced relationships come and go/leave and fall away...because while you increased your light quotient through gaining and reaching higher awareness?  The Law of Frequency/Vibration applies to all on all levels-As you increase your freq. vibration- denser ones must remain where they match the vibrations-They cannot stay with you unless they also
increase or entrain their vibrational freq. with yours.  The same is true of thoughts, people, dimensions, entities, realties; it applies to all of creation.  It is a natural and Universal Law of Source.
 
So, the 3rd Dimension may at some point appear to be gone or missing or however one views or perceives it as such-In Truth it is all completely there (etheric-on the energetic level of existence) -only it moves slower and is vibrating at a different rate than the one's  who are perceiving. 
 
Your attention will become so focused on 4-D movement that the 3-D will become forgotten and over time that will be reflected in the external reality.  The 3-D was needed to support of what you tern the Planetary Ascension.  AS it falls out of view, Planetary Ascension will as well.  There will be, during the transition, those who will evolve into the 5th-D and beyond where only the Cosmic Ascension functions.  The heavier more dense basics learned from the Planetary Ascension process only function in the 3-D and 4-D.
 
 
 
Those evolving into the 5th D and beyond will need more higher learning, require greater abilities, and become adepts and Masters than required for Planetary Ascension. (So what was learned in P.A is not enough to support what is needed for the 5th-D and beyond).  This is the main reason why Planetary Ascension becomes, or let us say, it has changed now- so it becomes an automatic process of ascension - or so it seems.  So many appear to be sleepwalking and may continue on that path unless we (the collective) can usher then, as you say, Patricia, by cattle prod into the proper gates.  They need to be awakened and then you-and those like you-Petra- Nalini- others also- must begin to send the message out telepathically that you are here on the planet- to show them the way-tell then who you are-show yourself-tell them how to find you and how your can help...
 
This is like a silent radio commercial-send out your message telepathically.  This is like a clarion call-do this regularly-You will see an increase in the number of people who are reached and will begin to search for help. ( I think this is really for Petra and others... as they told me to stay on the inner planes mostly)
 
As the shift happens there will be many who do not choose to evolve beyond 3 and 4th Dimension.  They will not be aware that they move to another reality elsewhere because it will be identical to you Earth Reality.
 
Those who are evolving and those who even begin the process of Cosmic Ascension will be among those who move to the 5th dimension and beyond.  It will be commensurate to their level of evolution as to where they go.  From the 5th Dimension and beyond-everyone must be in pursuit of Cosmic Ascension.
 
No, there will not be anyone still vibrating in the 3rd or 4th dimension there with you in 5-D.  Their vibrational frequency and light quotient cannot exist in 5 -D and beyond.  That is why for so many years, there has been more and more info talked about "Light-workers", and telling everyone that "we are light", and "Light-Bodies" and such.  This information was to prepare mankind to receive this information for this "now" time of potential evolution-Creating the opening for the packets of information included with the words or terms to be received.
 
See the seeds we plant way before the happening?  The last time we spoke with you, we told you about the teachers and teachings of "now", Living in Presence".  Same thing as this- prior preparation through light packets that burst with information over time-preparing those who can tap into the....  (They are showing me a radio tuned into a blasting radio station fm101.5) frequency of light and information- so the information can be revealed.
 
I take a short break....   [The begin showing me a vision of a gift or present such as a model one puts together-they said that it need to be assembled.  And they show me that included are the instructions, all of the required parts, everything is in the box that will help in the assembling process. 
They say that light packets explode forth the same way-containing everything needed in one packet .  All we need to receive, translate,  with the ability to perceive and understand the language and information contained within the light packet is there within it programmed with time release activation-with its' own timer set to burst or explode at the proper moment in time.  It is all there!  All we know is we learn a new word or phrase and over time everyone begins to welcome and use those words or phrases as we become more and more comfortable with the terms and understand their meanings... They continue to say that light packets are a language of light.  It all happens on such a high and subtle level-we do not see it -not most people-only those who are highly evolved see it and are aware about it.
