I heard the term 'spinning your fields' the other day. Can you please talk about this? What does it mean and how do I do it?

The spinning of the fields is the protective and life enhancing geometric movement of the incarnated individual's electromagnetic sphere, known to many as the 'aura'
Many Starseed individuals will have been unconsciously spinning their own fields since childhood, without knowing what it is they were doing. Certain 'taught' abilities have remained with the Starseed individual from incarnation to incarnation - or rather we could say that the learning of one multidimensional aspect of all that is 'self' has passed along the parallel incarnations existing in each timeline to the other incarnation of self - either way much knowledge, teaching & memory has been passed this way.
The spinning of the fields involves seeing the aura twirling and spinning around the individual or on some level knowing there is a spinning, cleansing energy vibrating at a fast rate around one.
Some have spun their fields through the use of geometry, repetitively counting or repeating certain actions over and over - this has triggered the spinning of the fields.
Some individuals, often children, have physically spun around and around or have engaged in repeatedly watching images of spinning objects, again a trigger to spin the fields.
For those who have no knowledge or memory of spinning their fields, this does not mean it has not occured for you although certain substances taken within the body can change the geometric patterning of the spinning and block it altogether. We speak here of frequently experiencing negative lower vibratory fear based emotion, specifically anger and also of nutritional intake of low vibration, such as animal products containing the death & fear vibration, chemically enhanced and genetically altered foods and other substances far removed from their natural origin.
In opposition to this the love based emotions of joy, compassion & bliss and the consuming of the high vibratory nutrition, those closest to their natural origin including compassionately raised animal products and plant foods containing DNA information who have their own spinning electrmagnetic energy - will create almost constantly spinning fields within the individual.
The fields that spin are constantly engaging and resonating with the magnetic frequency of the Earth and the cosmos - aligning magnetically to the very heart of the planet. The spinning fields creates a flowing energy throughout the human body resulting in maximum workings of the bodily functions, organs, muscles, thought processes and emotions. The nervous system and immune systems work at optimum level when the fields spin with the correct geometric patterning.
The electromagnetic fields that are percieved by you as 'outside' your body move in perfect alignment with the DNA within your body which constantly transmutes energy, aligns with light and communicates with all the other aspects of itself. Using the metaphor of you humans being radio receivers the spinning of your fields ensures you are tuned to the highest news channels and all the happenings on your planet and around your planet is delivered to you as it unfolds and for many, BEFORE it unfolds.
One can consciously spin their fields by visualising a spiral of silver, golden or white light spinning around your body - one spiral coming from above and one spinning in the opposite direction coming up from below - one can also visualise a spiral spinning outwards from oneself and another outwards from oneself spinning in the opposite direction or one can simply visualise their DNA spinning within their bodies - always visualise the spinning DNA spiral in the opposite direction to the first spinning spiral - visualising the spinning DNA within colour and within living, loving intelligence and seeing oneself glowing with health & energy. This can be done during the waking state during meditation or the dreamtime.To those that navigate the dreamtime consciously as with lucid dreaming one can powerfully spin the fields from this consciousness point. One may find the archetypal dream guide assisting you in this process, our recomendation is to always ask if the being is of 'Christ Consciousness' before allowing them to assist. It is not possible for the archetypal being to reply that they are of Christ Consciousness when they are not when one exists within one's own dreamtime. Those that consciously channel the higher dimensional beings of love & light can request assistance with this spinning from their guides although the majority of those that channel the higher light will already be existing within the spin, for it is the spin that allows you to channel!
One can also assist this spinning process by vibrationally aligning oneself to all substances consumed prior to consumation. One reads or feels the energy of the food just as one can read the energy of an individual, place, image or indeed of us. If the vibrational frequency of the food or substance is in alignment with all that you are, genetically, physically, emotionally, spiritually and philosophically then the item can be consumed knowing it's consumption will not disrupt, change or block the spinning fields within you and around you.
