Faerie Magic

My user name is Faerie Love because I absolutely LOVE Faeries. I love the energy and the Love they give back when respected and loved. I love their humour, their mischievous ways, their respect and their Magic! Since I can remember I have always felt the energy of the Faerie folk around me- Especially at my most favorite place in the world!! It is up at my Grandparents farm in the forest where a babbling brook runs through the woods. The trees let warm rays of golden light from the sun shine through. You can smell the sweet scent of the wild flowers, cedar and pine. The combination of these scents make you feel alive and refreshed. There is a fallen tree that has made a natural bridge to the other side of the brook. There are several large rocks that are in the brook that provide a way to cross it as well and the floor of stream is covered with pebbles. Faerie moss has grown over the tree bridge and the rocks. Butterflies of many colours are seen flittering along and Dragonflies can be seen landing on flowers, rocks, leaves and one time on my nose! In the spring little tadpoles can be seen swimming and in the summer when they have grown to frogs they are hopping around. It is such a magical area and there are so many faeries that can be found in that part of the woods. It is literally buzzing with all kinds of life that you can see or maybe can’t see; but you can sure feel it!! In this special place I am so connected to the earth. You can feel her vibrations and her love. I am so connected to the faeries here. They share with me their secrets and I share them with my stories and my Love.

That isn’t the only place I have seen faeries. They are in the gardens around my house. We have had trouble growing grass for a while in our backyard. Last year we put in a lot of work to help the grass grow but it wasn’t working very well. So I asked the Faeries if they would help me. I made them something special that is shiny and sparkles in the light of the sun in return and then went on with my business. A week later I was on the phone with my friend and I looked out into the yard and saw a faerie flying around tending to the yard! I was amazed and so grateful for her help. The grass grew so much and so quickly last summer! I have also seen many Faeries around the house and a lot in my room. Sometimes they like to play little tricks on me and put things in different areas than I left them in. They also Love playing with my cats.

I know to some this may sound a little on the crazy side seeing Faeries and such. But at the same time I know those who think it sounds strange have that little piece inside of them that still believes in magic even if it is just a little ;) An example would be my sister who when I told her about the Faerie in the yard laughed at me and said some smart comment an 18 year old would say. But then 5 min later she was asking me a million questions about where exactly the Faerie was and how she could see her. It was actually kind of funny because her boyfriend was here with us at the time and believed me from the beginning and was telling her she needed to shift her thoughts and energy. I told my sister and others who want to see Faeries that if they respect nature and all beings that live in nature, if they project love and kindness and most of all if they BELIEVE… they just might be able to see with their very own eyes the magic of the Faeries. It is amazing and beautiful!!
