There was a time in our galaxy were the changes you are experimenting were happening, to those times we look back now and understand the wisdom and growth that they gave us. We would not be who we are without our journeys.

In your planet the biggest challenges are:

1) Control of thoughts
2) Control of emotions

Why should thoughts be controlled? Control does not mean repression or forcefully stopping your thinking process. Control means awareness and the ability or “mastery” of the energy behind thought.

Thoughts are the architects of your world and as you think you plan what will happen in your future. Whether those thoughts are conscious or unconscious it does not matter.

Thought on its own, even if it’s uncontrolled only designs reality but does not manifest it.

Which leads us to why should emotions be controlled? Because emotions are what clothe your thoughts with reality. Emotions are the manifestors, the holy spirit, the feminine in you that gives birth to your reality. Emotions do not judge whether your thoughts or plans for the future are what you want or wish. Emotions just create what you are thinking whether it is conscious or not.

Thoughts trigger emotions but emotions can also be picked up from others, or from films and television. Are you aware that when you are watching a movie, let’s say a terror movie, you may be creating the terrific events that will manifest in earth sooner or later? It is subtle but real. Thoughts+emotions=reality

To control your thoughts the first step is to detach from them. How do you do that? By giving them the same value as everything else that is happening in your life. In other words, by not giving them the importance and relevance that they normally get. Much of what is thought never comes to pass.

For example, close your eyes and listen to every little sound around you, do not name the sounds just listen…for a moment your mind will be alert and quiet but soon it will start thinking again, wait until that happens…once you are thinking again, shift your focus again from you thoughts to the sounds around without naming the sounds, and say to yourself that they have no more value than the sounds around you. You can use the same technique with your eyes open and or with colours and shapes, again without naming.

If your mind wanders bring it back and do it again until you reach the point of stillness behind your thoughts. It will feel like you are expanding and blending with all that is there, as if you are becoming part of the landscape rather than the actor.

When you listen to your surroundings, and that includes your breath and heart beat, thoughts appear to be quite loud and intrusive; this is the moment in which you can turn them down as if they were the broadcast of a radio and they will soon fade into the background. At this point you will experience what is “being” and “being your experience”, “being in the now”

As soon as you realize you are not listening anymore to your surroundings you have lost your awareness of the now and you are creating subconsciously again.

It will take practice but practice will take you there. The re-training of the mind is necessary to master it.

Once you can switch down your thoughts at will, you can start observing them as if you were listening to a radio program and you will have the opportunity to learn what you really think.

Whatever you think, don’t be hard on yourself, it does not matter there is no good or bad in this journbey. Making what is unconscious conscious is the mastery that you are after.

You can also talk to your thoughts and tell them to go away and come back later.

When thoughts are mixed with emotions it is more difficult because the emotions are the fuel for the fire.

If you are in this situation make an effort to become aware of your breathing, as you become aware of the ebb and flow of your breath you will calm down. Drop your jaw as well, that sends a signal to the brain to switch from beta to alpha brainwaves.

Once your breathing speed has calmed down you can command your emotions to stop and leave you but you have to trust that this can happen. You can choose what you feel and you can ask your Higher Self to help you here. You can say “Higher Self” please take this emotion from me now…

Again it takes practice but it will come the time in which you will be so aware of your emotional body that you will feel the emotions as soon as they come in and will have the opportunity to change them instantly.

Don’t get discouraged if at the beginning it takes a little bit of effort; persist as you will do with a child with kindness but firmly.

The 8.8.8 gateway has been opened and its being a peaceful transition, the drawback is that what you think and feel will manifest faster and faster. If you think thoughts of love and feel uplifted the lift will be remarkable. If on the contrary you are stressed and things are not going your way it will be tough to switch off. The simple techniques that we are suggesting will help you switch from disharmonious to harmonious pretty quickly.

We are sending forever more love to all of you in the beautiful Gaia. Focus on the beauty and the crossing will be easier. Focus on abundance rather than lack; even if it appears that you are lacking. Pretend that you have all the positive things that you want and give it to yourself even in a symbolical manner. It will soon be your reality.

You are now of age and masters of your destiny. You can change reality. You can create paradise on earth.
