The "five Ms" mentioned above are my main interests. In addition, i enjoy long distance running, hiking, dancing, especially to techno/trance/house type music, reading in the area of esoterica, and being involved with anything and everything that helps with healing and consciousness growth. I offer Reiki workshops on a donation (or free if appropriate) basis, so as to spread the energy to as many people as possible in order to help raise the frequency on the planet. I also love oriental art, and practice brush painting a bit.

I've been involved with what i call the five Ms for many years: mysticism, metaphysics, meditation, martial arts and magic(k). Martial Arts practice created a passion for studying Buddhism, Taoism and Shinto. And, of course, many wonderful experiences followed. I taught at a law school in San Diego for quite a while. At the same time i was very involved with Reiki. I decided to retire {quite :)} early, and devote myself to "practice" and offering Reiki Workshops and related programs. I'm very glad i made that decision.

Today, I want you to think of three wishes you have for yourself or another person. (Of course, you hold the power to make an infinite number of desires materialize, but lets begin with three.) Whats the first desire that comes into your mind? Speak it aloud to infuse it with power of your words. Feel excitement and gratitude at the thought of it materializing, and then let it go so that Gods infinite wisdom can transmute it into its highest form. Then continue this process with two other dreams. As you recall your wishes throughout the day, imagine them surrounded with pink light. This seals them in loving energy, where they can safely manifest into material form.
I make three wishes, speaking them loud and surrounding then with faith, gratitude, and joy. I blanket my desires with the pink light of love and believe that they will come true.

My weekend is not progressing at all as I envisioned...I figured on doing some outside labor, clean the garage, overhaul the house....
I have not managed much at all. I got some new stones the other day....petalite, brookite and some more wulfenite...a double terminated tibetan elestial....they seem to have thrown me into some dimensional weirdness...i'm not worth a 3d dang! ha ha..i'm in the middle of something here... ??? more later.

Hey, got your happy to be dead link :) I checked out some of the stories at work last night. I have been pretty damn close several times - I am fairly accident prone...or was...the most I remember is a large car hitting my drivers side...then all the rest is a blank...but someone was in my passenger seat saying I would be okay. :) probably my HS, on reflection....anyhoo, I will be quite happy to die when my time comes...I've got a list going of things to do over there!
