i am emelar of the light. an intuitive healer, medium, spiritual counsellor, metaphysician, indigo child, author, scientist, woman, mother, sister, friend and human being. i am of mixed welsh, cree, sioux, french and dutch heritage. my path is not defined by any one way. i have a unique perspective that has been created throughout my many lives, and is heavily influenced by yogic philosophy, cree/sioux spirituality, buddhism, celtic traditions, and my spirit guides. i have been working with the light as long as i can remember, and have learned many things on my own, directly from Spirit. i have also trained with many exceptional teachers. through these experiences i have become a reiki master, and metaphysical counsellor. i hold a bachelor's degree in geography/environmental studies, a bachelor's degree in metaphysics, a metaphysical minister certificate, and an associate's degree in biology. i am currently working on a masters degree in metaphysics at the university of sedona. my master's thesis focuses on the benefits of meditation for children. in addition, i am developing cirriculum to introduce children to meditation in schools. i am also working with add/adhd kids to get them off medication by teaching them breathing techniques and medititation. my freelance writing career focuses on spirituality in all it's forms, and i am also in the process of writing the story of my own journey with the light. my goal in life is to help people find the light for themselves, and i am progressing toward creating a sanctuary for seekers here on vancouver island. my life is a blessing for which i am eternally grateful.

thank you very much for reading my blog. i realy appreciate it a lot. i agree with you. hehe. your words really reflected my thought. some people put titles on their names to gain respect or to shock people with it. thank you so much. lol

and as of the scared or adverse type... well, the funky thing about it is that when we are together, we are all fine... but when they are far away, something seems wrong...

i'm just a bit distraught about it

Popped by (flew past Lol) your page and had to say hello to you and Bel.
My wife's Grandmother, unbeknown to us came from the same village of Llanfair, as my own relations had sometime in the 18th C and she went to live, (I met her in her 80's) in a thatched cottage in Treworthal in Cornwall. We went there, my new wife and I, to stay during our Honey moon in '78, an old lady piling our plates with Home made food, as the butterflies flew in out the windows of the Dinning room. She used to talk every night to her husband, we were tucked up, in in an old bed near the rafters and we could hear each night, a one way conversation from down stairs, relating to the events of the day, there were gaps for the responses. Jo my wife smiled and told me although he had died 30 years earlier he had never left her. I new I had come home.
When she died she visited my wife on her spirit path to say she was "going home". in her life she had considered herself to be a White Witch. one of the items she gave us was a mini statuette of Bel. Celtic god of heat and healing, well you know more than I, I expect.
So for you and your Beltaine Dragon.
