I don't know if this post will show up under the Global Circles link on the Home page. I have been told I need to create another Global Circles forum but not been given adequate enough instructions to know how to do it. Hopefully you will see the blog and can enter your after meditation responses under its thread. Also sign in here if you want to participate.

This week I suggest that we focus on Honesty & Integrity. We have been facing loving ourselves and we did not find it easy. So many of us are caught under a miasma that contols our lives in terms of finances and our emotions. We are seeking the road to freedom. I suggest we use the circle this week to open our flow to what works for each of us individually.

We know we are more than what we are being. Yet we don't often know the way out of the constaints that control us. We can go within together and discover the path to freedom.

The Honesty & Integrity of our souls stands in our stead. We do know deep within. All it takes is listening deep inside the Self to hear what we are here for in this Now.
