MONDAY EVENING MEDITATIONS
Please join me for my weekly channeling and guided meditation telecall on Monday, September 28 at 8:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

In this hour-long call, our guides, Many of One, share messages with us regarding the energies that are affecting us at this time of great change. The messages flow into a guided visualization where we connect Earth and Creator Source energy with our Higher Self, helping us to embody a “bigger picture” vision of our lifewalk.

Working with your guides, Many of One scan the group and check in with each individual, assisting them to release whatever it is that needs to be let go of at the time, making room to receive life force energy to bring harmony to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy bodies.

This prepares us for the week, grounding us into the Earth energies and opening us to receive the essence of Creator Source – the life force and love force energy, which is our birthright. Spirit holds a space for us to connect with our true purpose on earth as we amplify the energy of love, innocence, freedom and play into our lives. This energy affects the people we come into contact with, thereby shifting our life situations harmonically.

Key points of remembrance are programmed into our beings during the meditation so that in moments of stress or unexpected events, we can remember our greater self and breathe space around and throughout our being. It is a good way to begin the week from a peaceful, centered place, connected to your true nature.

Additionally, we are prepared for a restful sleep, awakening with clarity and peace, helping us to move through our lives with grace.

I never know what the meditation journey will be, so I am always on the journey with you, amplifying the energy and sending it out to our circle.
