I always have really mild sinus allergies this time of year, but this year its different. Im coughing so hard i keep vomiting and it feel like its never gonna stop. My lungs feel wet and heavy and my throat is taking a hardcore beat down. I dont take medicine. Does anybody have any suggestions?
