Yesterday I bought a nice flat piece of sodalite specifically to place on my third eye chakra during meditation. Had intended to get a piece of lapis, but sodalite has exactly the same wonderful intense indigo colour! Having cleansed it with water I used it in my evening meditation and Oh Boy!! Inner visual effects were remarkable. My whole inner world was infused with indigo and there were many previously unseen lights, which at one point formed into a group of 5-7 figures surrounding me - perhaps my guides or angels? Following this meditation I fell into a deep and refreshing sleep, and awoke feeling considerably energised and positive (which is great because I'm under a lot of pressure at the moment and really need to apply myself lol!) I'm truly taken aback by the awesome power of this stone!!
