I tend to believe that if I don't let my sexual energy go away by sex, I'll have more power. What do you think about it?

The reason why, is that I know the more my heart desires something, the more attraction power it has on realizing them. Also, when we tell others about what we wish, it's like loosing the tension our desire creates, and it reduces it's power. Like... letting the energy go away with words... Would this energy be the same as libido?
