How often do you mediatie and what is your favoite technique? (crystal grids, sitting (how?), listening to music (what kind), etc.)

Personally I've found the most balance meditating between 1 1/2-2 hrs each day, one session in the morning on at night. Latley though I've been somewhat turned off(idk why, I think I've just been lazy), but now I'm trying to get back into my previous schedule, no time limit this time though, just whatever feels right. The most effective music I've listened to during meditation is this seriese of chakra balancing music: I used to sit cross legged but after reading a little experience someone living with sheldon nidle had, they said an arcturian woman told her that it disturbs the flow of energy when you sit cross legged, so now I just sit in a chair, on the couch or in the bath tub.
