Here's a response I posted to a friend of mine on the boards who feels let down that he didn't finish his ascension today. (11/11/11) I feel many may benefit from this interpretation of what I think happened.

Don't give up. It is real. Even if ascension turns out to not be real, then we still have a life of bliss that occurs from this process. I for one feel very blissful and full of light now more than ever. After I moved on November 5th and started living alone, I started feeling AMAZING! I was told earlier that ascension is a product of our enlightenment and not a culmination that's only possible through making it happen. I think its easier on me now that I see it as something that will occur naturally instead of something you have to know how to finish. By that I mean that I thought I had to actively open the portal and go through it, but now I'm thinking the behind the scenes stuff like that will happen naturally as we express greater and greater love and improve ourselves to the point that we are only ourselves.

I too felt like crap earlier, but when I realized that this date had to pass in order to alleviate us of our attachment to ascension in making it happen and instead for us to learn the lesson that we should be more focused on cleansing ourselves and holding the light, I felt much better. So, this date had to pass in order for us to change. It for one helps me to relax and stop focusing on dates and just let things happen naturally.
