I love the tv show Enlightened by and with Laura Dern. I often cry watching it because I feel so connected to the main character. This show' spiritual message is very strong while being a comedy and depicting the life of this woman who's trying her best to apply spititual lessons in her daily life as a former "corporate girl".

Anyway, in the last episode I watched (season 1 is over right now), she feels jealous because she doesn't have a man in her life and her ex boyfriend (she left him) is seeing someone. Her work situation isn't great at all as her former assistant now has her high paying position and she's been moved to a department she doesn't like where she's underpayed, etc.

But then, at the end of the episode, she's laying on her bed, and she stops for a moment, listens to her inner guidance. And she says:

"Nothing is missing in my life"

She understands how perfect her life is at that very moment, as it is. And she sees that nothing is missing from her life, because she has everything within herself. She has love, she has confidence, she has beauty, she has spirituality, she has gratitude.

This is so powerful.

So these days, when I feel like I want something that other people have or feel like I'm not exactly where I'm supposed to be, I say out loud "Nothing is missing". And I smile because I know it's true.

And even though I don't have my dream life yet, when I say "nothing is missing" I can see that this dream life is on its way and by being grateful for what I have and who I am I actually manifest my own desires, attract them in my life.

Learning to see perfection in every thing, person, situation is truly wonderful and I think it's essential for our individual ascension. I'd love to know how you guys feel about this and your own experience.

Love,

Louise
