Every now and then I will open my mind body and soul to who I believe are guides or Guardian Angels. I do this with pencil and paper, writing down whatever comes into my mind no matter how strange or valid it is. Normally when I channel my Guardian Angels they answer as "We or US" and sometimes I get the impression that they mean thousands of other angels, not just the two of them personally.

I haven't tried this in a while. I was recently diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder (schizophrenia mixed with bipolar disorder) so now I am skeptical of my abilities. What if its just my psychosis? I believe I can tell the difference, but not 100%. Does anyone else have a serious mental illness that might interfere with their spirituality?
