My first OBE

I started to meditate around 3 years ago and straight away within the first month had strange stuff happen, the first was a ufo flashed a beam at me and I could see through myself and see a glowing diamond spark thing in my chest then an obe. (did not know what obe was at time) I was pulled out by a being I did not see then heard some talk of one asking another why he had brought me there, the other being simply said "he asked" in a shrug your shoulders kind of way, I could also feel him smiling, then next thing I know I am before a blond man he was taller than me, so over 6ft curly blond hair short just above the ears and a blue jumpsuit like you would see on star trek or something and the side of his chest he had a crest, it was a golden tree in a golden circle, we walked down a hall together and he was coaching me, and I was listening intently, note I was not myself I was aware of the situation but it just felt so unreal I went along I was very drowsy also, and then he brought me before an old druid who was sitting on a throne of stone in his white robes with many other beings around, men and woman all dressed in blue and like they were royals in a castle of old.

I knelt in front of the druid on one knee right hand over heart left on the floor for balance and said "I have done as you ask, now may I return?" To which he replied "Not yet" with his right hand upraised palm facing out, then I was brought back down the hall, I was placed in a box like thing the best way to describe would be a sarcophagus I felt completely comfortable the whole time and the next thing you know I am in the hands of the blond man he is smiling and raises me up and I float upwards and the look of awe on his face watching me float up up up and then I feel immense heat and am sliding back in to my body I feel a closing around me like a zipper it gets smaller and smaller and closes on my left thigh, I get prickly heat all over my skin for a second then dullness before settling back in.

I came to and did not know what the heck had just happened, that was the first time I met the blond man and druid I have seen them a couple of times since but can not control when I get out of body yet.

Well that's a little about me, anyone got any tips how I can get to meet these beings again and be fully conscious, I would be most grateful.

I am open to any questions on this as that too could help to draw some stuff I might have missed out.
