This is a cool site. This particular page has some links for vegans/vegetarians. They are not into supplements, but rather whole foods and greens drinks and sunlight, chlorella and spirulina.
I have danced around these different things at times, but this website lays it all out where I can now see how to put a whole plan together (I'm a vegetarian). I've often worried about missing nutrients and stuff and man, does my mom bug me about meat!
I'm no fan of greens drinks, but I did find a kids' greens drink powder that's tastes like chocolate milk! Not bad, just a little grainy finish at the end.
Wondering lately if my body is saying to itself, to take on more light, we must take on weight ??? NOOOOO!!! Someone did blog on that subject recently :) Anyhoo, this website has given me some good tips to get back in focus with eating habits.
