Have you been feeling tired, stressed or depressed?

Dear Light Workers, some of us have been feeling the “squeeze” of the energies lately - as fears, sorrows and negative energies have been un-leashed whole-sale around the globe. Do not falter and doubt yourself, for as your frequencies rise, you feel the lower energies more, and it is not that you are not coping as well as before.   At this time of change, some empaths are feeling challenged by the negativity around, as I have lately, and have been feeling many emotions, including resentment, anger, frustration, loneliness, feeling un-appreciated, un-acknowledged or mis-understood, and feeling un-worthy and / or depressed, even to the degree of fleeting thoughts or ideas of taking one’s own life.

 

To those Light Workers, I say that you are doing better than what you think you are doing - for the planet, the Cosmos, and for your own Soul.   Despite all the spiritual resources we have around us – spirit guides, guardian angels, crystals, stones, meditations, chanting, music, nature, friends and so forth, sometimes we get tired of holding the Light. At times, when there is no lull or pause between our challenges or our light worker tasks, our essence can become drained by the sheer scale of all the little jobs we have taken on. Every kind word, deed and thought, every smile and positive intervention that you make adds to the Love and Light and positive consciousness globally.  

 

I have found that when the going gets tough, the tough get going! Lately I have felt depressed and have felt emotions un-characteristic for me, but I now understand why this has happened.  I took some time out to reflect upon some things, which resulted in me accepting myself and writing out my own advice to myself for practically managing the “lower energies” which I find myself immersed in these days, not just immediately but globally also. To those who have not been experiencing these sorts of stresses or encountering “negativity”, please DO not tell those of us who have been, that we are simply choosing to focus on the “negativity” as though it is our fault that we are feeling tired, stressed or depressed.  

 

Yes, we all have access to the 5-D frequencies, but many people still choose to live in the 3-D world, and Light Workers are connected to these aspects, and increasingly so, as the “old” is being stripped away to make way for the new.

At times like this, I find that I have to focus on only a few “aspects” or focuses over any period of time, because I do not have the strength to be juggling numerous “projects” or focuses at once.   I am also re-charging or re-newing myself through leisure activities, good company and spiritual reading and other means, for example, I am reading Autobiography of a Yogi, and I am keeping up to date with energy alerts.  I am, however, not becoming attached to any one source, including the Light Workers site. I feel it very important to “be one-self” and not to rely upon any one external thing for solace or advice, during these times. Tune into your own intuition which will guide you to what you need to refresh yourself – trust yourself – “you” are all that you have got !
