Feeling the Love vs working with the dark

There will always be two schools on this subject, dealing with the dark or dealing with love! It is an interesting topic and many people are confused, Both sides make sense, It has been stated on another post that light exposes dark, thats true it brings it out in the open, however many people will argue that if you put out love you will attract love. However, they are one and the same argument, to me! Light exposes the dark, what is light if not love, and if you use your heart or love, then it expands and naturally releases the shadows that have not been dealt with! So both arguments win, both use love, its just that focusing on the dark actually feeds it as you are closed and protected to deal with it, therefore, lack of light or love!
