I am a calm person. Rarely do I get riled up, and extremely rarely (probably once every few years) I have anxiety.
However, in the last couple month and in the last few weeks in particular, I have been having crushing anxiety. My chest feels heavy, I feel panicky, my mind starts playing tricks on me, and little bursts of negativity come out -- well ... not out ... I just feel bouts of negativity which is also rare.
Anyone else feeling anxious these days?? How are you coping with it??
