Talismans

I really didn't know where to bring up this subject so just put 'er here!!!

I know having a talisman might be a bit "trite" for many Light workers! But out of curiosity I wondered if many of you wore a crystal or pouch or bear claw or shell or whatever? Something you believe has energies that are helpful to you in some important way?

Is anything special to you personally or in your culture that you honor by wearing?

I'm asking because as a young hippie I wore a bead,bone and stone necklace for several years alomost every day and I felt it "guarded" me somehow....it was very unique and special too;a part of my artist identity as well. When the time finally came to stop wearing it I simply stopped for no obvious reason. I missed it from time to time but it never seemed right to wear it anymore.I finally restrung it more as a art piece just to "have".

SO, 2 decades later when I thought I was "beyond" this sort of urge HERE I am getting ideas about a necklace of crystals for myself this time. I am surrounded by thousands of stones and crystals from all over the world in my house so it's pretty funny I want to be even CLOSER to some! Of course I'll follow this impulse as doing so(following guidances) has always "served me" and I might not know WHY in advance! ;)
