Weird energy sensations

Namaste,
I have a question I wanted to post to see what other people's views or experiences with this may be...
On and off over the past 2 or 3 years I get a buzzing, electric tingling right at the tip of my tongue. This went away for a couple of months, and since last week is back again.
It is not uncomfortable... however I was curious as to anyones ideas or feelings, and if it maybe linked to a line of energy that i have heard runs to the tip of the tongue.
any ideas? would love to hear them.
