Contacting beings from other worlds..

I know is possible to contact beings from other worlds, realms, etc, it happened to me, however I was wondering if fasting will help speed up the process of contacting these beings. I was told by one of my sisters here that Angelite or Celestine under my pillow could help. Any one with sugestions? I really want to go back where I went.
