keep seeing ones threes and zeros together

I just went through a tough time the past few days with relationships and I keep seeing the numbers 1, 3, and 0 together and I am wondering if there is any meaning behind them. I was seeing them on houses, reciepts, clocks, everywhere. I also see 144 a lot, 11:11, 11:10, 12:12, 10:10 but I have been seeing those for a while now. The ones, threes and zeros are new to me and they are always in different sequence, like I saw 10003 on a house and then 11003 on another house, then last night I saw 3:13 and then 3:31 and on a recept # from a pizza last night was 1130. Anyone know what this means?
