'sunburst' around the pupil?

Greetings,

This may sound silly, but I figured if anyone might know... it's best to ask on lightworkers. :)

I have hazel eyes with a goldish brown 'burst' around my pupil. I am highly intuitive and I got that from my mother, who also has the burst.

I've met a few other people I've related to that have had it as well. I've also seen it in blue eyes as well, which looks really pretty and unique.

Any thoughts?
