I posted this some months ago, and thought that perhaps "new" people might benefit from having an opportunity to see it. It is a method of *self* attunement that works perfectly. I have been teaching Reiki, Usui and others, for 15 years and the method shared works as well as the "traditional" method. It should be noted that in my experience, counter to "traditional thought", *no one* has "suffered" from being attuned for all levels of Usui Reiki at "one go", although you might choose a different timing scheme. The request i use, as associated with the method in the case of self attunement is: "Higher Self, please attune me for all levels of.....including the Master Level". Note, however, that this is NOT the appropriate approach for attunement to "Kundalini Reiki" as offered on the Ole Gabrielsen site. You'll need to follow the instructions re it as presented, in terms of attunement timing. Enjoy, and happy Full Moon !!
