I have consulted a couple of different books on crystals but have not found a satisfactory answer. The first problem is an overly acidic body. This often makes my sinuses congested etc., but I have yet to find a crystal that would help this.

The second problem (I think) may be with the heart. A western doctor would probably say the problem is the nerves, because I lose feeling in my hands or sensation in my arms, but I believe this is from a lack of blood flow rather than a nerve problem. I know rose quartz is the traditional healer for the heart, but maybe someone could suggest something different?
