My dream featured the lower ground view of the dream as my area when I was a child. Above was this:
In the series Dragon Ball Z (it appears in a lot of my dreams and I don't watch it anymore) it is a sacred place where the guardian of Earth lives that resides in the upper atmosphere.
Everyone was just doing their thing. Having fun or doing work. Then it got to a point where I realized I lost my ability to fly. I went on the ground and I saw Kamé (guardian of Earth) sitting on the ground looking tired and worn out and we sort of looked each other in the eyes. So I proceeded to re-learn my flight ability and I'd assume what's known as a horse stance in martial arts and put my hands over an area called the dan tien which is an inch below the belly button. This is our center of balance and our main energy center which we store and use chi.
When I focused on it, it would vibrate and heat would flush through my body and I'd lift off the ground but I couldn't hold the sensation to fly. Then two random people were walking past and saw me doing this and he said something like: "oh, there's one of those guys" then I managed to lift up a few feet and one of them shouted: "omg I swear it looked like he just flew 5 ft off the ground".
This dream was very lucid and it felt very physical, especially when doing the flying exercises.
This seems like one of those: this is the direction you need to take dreams. Lately, I've not been doing all my practices as much as I use to with the same passion so maybe that is what the dream is highlighting about me losing my ability of flight and trying to regain it. I'm not sure what the guardian part meant where he was sitting on the ground...
