Not much to write here because it seems like something so simple and basic, we've forgotten it, but not really. This society programs us to stay awake for as long as possible, working until we cannot work anymore. Yet, in nature, most animals rest during the day. We generally do not and look at the state we're in. I've found nature holds all the cards in examples of what we should be doing. Sleeping during the day is very healing and you will wake up dazed at first but when you come around you'll feel 10x better than when you woke up in the morning.
During day time rest it would equally serve our best interests to set an intention before sleeping such as a reiki transmission or to heal a certain part of your body because our body will respond to these commands and the level of efficient communication with your body will determine the effect of your intention. See, we've lost touch with our bodies in this society where we rely on external stimulus such as alarm clocks to tell our body what to do. This is not beneficial at all because we gradually forget how to talk to our body. Your body is the most important thing in your immediate life and it's a very powerful gateway.
That being said. If one does not regulate their gateway - the body, others will gladly use it.
