I have known about this research and information for some time but only just now have I decided to start experimenting with it myself.
The 13:30 LST (Local Sidereal Time) is apparently a time when psychic abilities are amplified up to 400% or there abouts. As shown by this article here:

I wish to know has anyone else decided to experiment with this and if so have you had good results with what you’ve tried?

I will be doing certain meditations at this time for now to see what happens.

Also for those of you who wish to find a way to work out your LST. I found this downloadable LMST clock:

It’s easy to use. Just download and install, then open it, right click the clock and click configure. Then you just enter your Lng co ords and it will do the rest for you. (I got my co ords from google earth)
