Today it was reported on U.S. public radio that NY state has suspended the law that required ALL health care workers & hospital personnel to be vaccinated by the end of November because the the vaccine can’t be made quickly enough.

It seems that vaccines grow at different rates when they are made & the H1N1 vaccine is growing so slowly that NY can’t get enough doses of it to enforce this very unreasonable law.

It is likely that the lawsuits that were filed against them may have had influence w/ their backing down, at least temporarily on this regulation.
