First off this was off that you tube video where the galactic federation of the light is put into audio and video for. Today actually 15 mins ago there was one posted about how to ground yourself, imagining your heart chakra putting out love till it feels warm. Then a bright orange vortex in you stomach, and then picturing the crystal in the center of the earth. And then finally sending a wave of light from your heart through the vortex and into the powerfull crystal connecting with mother earth. I tried this and its hard to tell if I really did anything. I mean I pictured it in my head as best as I could, Ive never done any type of meditation before so I just did this one out of faith or well tried. So I pictured the light and love going from my heart and through the vortex into the crystal at the center of the mother. And I really dont know if it worked I felt really happy and I thanked her for everything she has provided then apologized and opened my eyes.

I guess my question is did anyone else try this and what was your effect on you, do you have an intense visual while doing this or is it somewhat choppy but clearer and you focus more. And did you also feel the happy joyfull feeling and oh I forgot to mention I kind of swayed and was relaxed but I didnt feel heavy like it said I would. So please my fellow lightworkers give me some feedback on this.
