around early february i started getting a lot of pressure in my forehead
it was very intense, and it was hard to have conversations because it would distract me
i started seeing lots of colors, and started to experience an extremely different perception of reality.

i had a very interesting experience around the time the pressure began. after reading the first chapter in "the pleiadian tantric workbook" i had turned the lights of in my room. a purple light entered my room, and an eye formed, and gazed at me, while from the purple light, dozens of hands emerged and entered my forehead. I felt things shifting and my head was very hot.
later, i found out that i could magnetize small rocks and crystals to my forehead, especially at nighttime.
during this time i also experienced minute to minute synchronicity, and i would often question whether or not i was dreaming.

after several months the pressure has slowly lessened, but it is still present.
every night before i fall asleep, my room fills with purple, but does not have distinguishable features like before.

a coupel days ago i found a way to "flex" my third eye, and when i do this, there is an increase in pressure, and i see flashes of light around the rims of my eyes radiating from my third eye. I have also noticed that after doing this for 10 minutes before i slept, i had huge amounts of energy the next day.

i should also say that around the time this all started happening, i was using mdma regularly, i had lymes disease in my spinal fluid, and i was expereincing a total recall of my childhood.
