Imagine that there is a universe inside your throat. In this universe there is only a tiny blue sphere in the dead center. This tiny blue sphere is the only thing inside the universe of your throat. It is special, and you love it. The tiny blue sphere has the power to expand forever. The way it expands is through the breath. I would like you to inhale through the nose and ehale through the throat (not as tricky as it sounds, dont make things complicated) When you inhale for the first time the sphere will flatten ( this makes it easier for you to imagine it ) When you exhale for the first time the the flat blue circle emptys at the center and becomes water. This is the beggining of your creation. This mediation is cool because you are the one who creates, let me elaborate. With each breath the circle expands, but also as it expands it becomes more intricate. You must think of the expanding circle geometrically, like a kaliediscope. If you have trouble thinking this way prepare yourself by looking at some mandalas. Think symetry, expanding blue symetry. You can create whatever geometrical design you would like, letting it expand with the breath, becoming more and more intricate. Do not be discouraged if you lose your train of thought and forget what it looked like, you can always change the design, it is your design after all. While the design expands the love for it expands. You will be filled with vast amounts of love for your creation, this feels great. The center of your creation, the water, the essence of life is where you must focus on, the rest of the design WILL fall into place, trust me. All you have to do is love and respect your creation and it will expand. Once your creation has become as big and lovely as you desire you must let go of it, not so much let go, more like give. You must give your creation. Let it travel up your throat, and out of your mouth, you can open your mouth if you desire, i did and it helped. While it travels out of your mouth be filled with joy that you created such a beautiful thing, be happy that you are sharing it with the rest of creation. Your creation will slowly travel out of the mouth and straight up into the cosmos. Imagine it finding a place, put it where everyone can see it, or someplace that lacks beauty that needs it. This part is important, because i feel that we must learn to share our creations. Once you have found a place for it leave it there. It is for everyone now. Arent you proud of yourself? Sit back and relax now, that was good hard work. Think of your creation radiating beauty throughout the cosmos. Admire it. You are a creator. You create love. Isnt that nice?
