It is hard for me to cope with arbitrary restrictions, yet there are more of them in place than ever before!
But, I am planning for a cleaner break in the near future. I am a universal man. ;-) Represents the community
of mankind. The waters of life flow, like ideas coming from the unrestrained mind.
I am a intellectual guy, with a keen understanding how everything works! As such,
I can be interested in concepts and ideas. Because universality people seem somewhat detached
from personal emotions. It's not that I don't have feelings; it's just that I am different from most others.
I dance to the beat of a different drummer. I am great at communications and a super listener,
as long as you stay in the mental realms. I am friendly & loving, but can become uncomfortable as you discuss
your feelings to much. In fact, my friends are very important. I might be involved with groups of like-minded people
in a social club, a political action group or a public service group. My motto could be Einstein's:"Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds." And this great spirit, sometimes erratic and sometimes brilliant.
You know much about yourself and the world, but knowing everything can be an obstacle to your own happiness.
My practice is twofold. First, you must learn how to separate your crazy notions from what is important.
And second, you need to learn how to respond to the opposition you encounter without making it difficult for yourself.

Living in the world, plans are required. Ideas about things are a part of life. The key lies in how we relate to our ideas and plans. The key is planning w/o attaching to the outcome, remaining open to ideas and change along the way. Just like a tree in the wind, now this way, now that way. If trees were fixed and unable to bend, they would snap and die. It's with the trees flexibility that its able to survive. I regularly imagine that moods and mind states are somehow as real and tangible as concrete. Extraordinary freedom comes when we stop taking them with a deadly grim seriousness. One practice that has helped me in remembering my separation from my thoughts and beliefs is to simply remind myself that "I am the one" having this thoughts. My identity doesn't depend on them. "I flunked Reality 101"

Hi Bob, Thanks for visiting my page. I just changed my avatar again to
show part of my shrine room. My camera has died and I can't yet take a better
picture. The picture you sent is very nice, my computer won't let me send pics
yet, a few things aren't working right. It's spring here and has been quite warm
but today after our dust storm, it's a nice sunny cooler day 25C. Hve a nice weekend
