Hello Lightworker Family,
My name is Heather.So glad to have found this place I now call home. It is very nice to enjoy others that have my same outlook on spirituality. I have always been a very spiritual person, By the grace of God and with Gods love Im here and truley enjoying all the knowledge you all have to share.

I consider myself a work in progress. Spiritually and Personally. I started to practice yoga to help with health problems. And I found much more. That led me on the path to become a Hatha Yoga Instructer. I Loved it. I taught for 2 short years and had to quit because I over did it. I found that I had over scheduled my body. If I could do it over. I think I would have taught 3 classes a week. Instead of 3 a day. I'm now a stay at home mom. Everyday Is a journey, I and pray that I can enjoy and appreciate everyday.

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. "My son," he said, "the battle is between two wolves inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. "The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."
