Hey :) i have always wondered too what is it ll about...maybe the headaches are just the processing of the new energies in our sixth chakra ...maybe....but a some of the lightworkers have advised me to drink lots of water ..even .2-4 litres a day ....but as for sleeping..maybe it's just that when we are asleep...our souls can visit our true places of origin and that's the way to cope with the earthly life or maybe..: it's just that all these lightbeings are working with us very intensely while we are asleep...but anyway i really hope that these headaches will pass and you'll get BETTER,they will i'm sure :)

Hi: Welcome to the site !!! and thanks for your comment on my post. Like you, i'm greatly troubled by what i perceive to be pandemic relentless horrendous injustice on the planet, with no presence of even a remote pretense of "evening the score" against the perpetrators. While i realize that such a POV is not considered "evolved" here on LW, where "all is love and light", and "forgiveness" prevail, it's for me honest, and troubling. Enjoy your time on LW, it has proven to be an "interesting" experience for me, and hopefully will prove to be such for you, as well :)

Thank you so much for the other sites. I have checked them out and will be viewing a webinar Aug 27th. Great resources.
