These are some of my favourite things.I love spiritual healing and reiki, holistic therapies, visiting historic temples and places of age, meditation, visualisation, helping others, and all other spiritual journeys of enlightenment and love. I love woodlands, animals and the sea which calls to me. I like watching clouds, holding crystals, angelic realms, learning about religions and philosophies, music and friendship. I treasure memories good and bad because they all taught me something about myself. Everything is still such a wonder.

To be the best I can be. To help others the best I can. To ascend with love, light and wisdom. To bring others into the light. I cannot create this on my own, but I will try my best to help provide a more loving future for this world this time round.

Instructions for Life in the New Millennium from the Dalai Lama (*)
1. Take into account that great love and great achievements involve
great risk.
2. When you lose, do not lose the lesson.
3. Follow the three Rs: Respect for self, Respect for others, Responsibility for all your actions.
4. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.
