Interests:
Many of my insights came from directing plays. After some time I understood that when a production was mounted, I was watching the dance of my psyche. We are all co-creators, and any art form has much to teach us about our inner world. I also keep a left-handed journal which gave me great joy and comfort, as well as moving me towards greater and greater levels of integration.

Creating:
Ghandi taught us that we must each be the change we want to see in the world. I will continue to work on personal growth and transformation so that I will be the peace and harmony I want to see in the world around me.

Awakening:
I began my conscious journey in my mid-thirties, although I have been interested in psychology, mythology, symbolism and archetypes since I was in my teens.
