Warm Greetings to You,

"My offering to this wonderful community is to be a replenishing/healing presence. Light Work is just that – work. “Being” a presence of Light and Love in the midst of environments and people pulling with negative energy is very draining. Reaching out with Light and Love to those who are in need is draining.

As a moderator, I hope to be a presence to those who have found themselves in contact with negative experiences in our website; and to offer help to all in how to recognize signs of “burn-out” being way too depleted, and finding what replenishes. There will always be healing music on my page for everyone who replenishes by music."
