I was born in 1979. My birth name chosen by my parents interestingly means “warrior maiden” “the supplanter” and “the strong hero” a fact I learned at around the same time I first heard the term Indigo Soul in 2007. Sat Avtar, my given spiritual name means‘She who took birth to be her true self, who loves truth and manifests truth by living in harmoney with her soul’.

I have practiced Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for over a decade, and served as a Sevadar at Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles, and at Yoga West.

I am now an intuitive energy healer, spiritual advisor, and writer specializing in topics relating to Indigo Souls, spiritual transformation, and holsitic health. I studied art and design at Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, Massachusetts. I live in Los Angeles and Boston where I work on a creative projects in design, film, theater, music, and fashion.

While earning my design degree I toured North America as an electronic music disc jockey under the name ‘Inanna‘, which I currently perform and releases music as. Inanna is an ancient Sumerian Goddess known in Mythology as a healer, life-giver, composer of songs, and the keeper of emotions.

I currently own an electronic music record label, La Folia Recordings, releasing my own music as well as the music of many talented artists from around the world.
