Universal Energy & Reiki

I had what I felt was a brilliant question all though somewhat of a rude way of asking today, from a person and I felt that I would answer the question in public..

The Question I was asked in great big read capital letters was

"Why do you talk of Reiki as Universal Energy when It should be called Reiki

Uhmm I thought OK '''''''''' the beautiful Japanese folk and other folks of other creeds
all draw from the same Source.

I continued after some reflection and emailed the person back. I asked them to look around their world and research the Internet and they might find my answer vibrating through the very Universe itself - thus if they were very open to resonating, it may resonate through their very own level of energy

Cultures across the globe know of the healing arts which utilizes forms of 'invisible' energy.
Indian culture call this energy “Prana”,

the Chinese call it “Chi”,

the Japanese call it “Ki”,

while others call it

THE SOURCE does not have to tag a cultural title it is simply Universal - Life Force Energy and is the source

There are various ways in which Energy can be drawn from the Universe, Reiki being one of them (A Japanese word & philosophy) the Universal Energy can be tapped into and received from, by individual practitioners of all kinds including Reiki Practitioners.

I have been a Universal Energy practitioner all of my life and have know this as a Western practice. My Grandchildren even use it it’s a simple way of drawing prayer and projected energies to gain Wholistic well-being. As we have done so for 7 generations of grandchildren

I have attuned to Reiki (The Japanese Healing form of Universal Energy 15 years ago to complement my life’s work with my Grandma who is my loved one and Mentor. She has taught me the philosophy of Universal Energy without even mentioning the Japanese or the word Reiki. I feel our western philosophy as some what gotten diverted..

Connecting to the various frequencies and vibrations of the universe I feel and experience that all things can be experienced. And not a mention (with all due positive regard and lean ed respect) of the Japanese way of drawing from the Universe

Attuning to the Source can be a very self attuning process and will allow you to pass on this simple form of universal approach to others when your ready ~ preferably 6 months/moon cycles and at least 3 months/moon cycles on from initiation ~ having gotten used to, and understanding your individual kindred ship with such energies and feel that you have a trusted guide or Mentor

As I mention above Reiki is a Japanese word and Japanese philosophy and makes use of the Universe with its beautiful Universal resonance as the source.

I am of the Earth and I draw from the Universal source.
It can be shared and exchanged in many different ways by all and there is no need for it to be called just Reiki, as I have said Reiki is a Japanese word and a Japanese way of doing things. Here in the west we have also been practicing traditionally to channel Universal Energy.

Attuned to Reiki? how wonderful, call it Reiki.
If you are attuned to the Source call it so.

I have a very quirky and Aquarian way of working in the Aquarian age and I send love light and laughter outwards thus receiving exactly what I project out. I even considered had I been rude to this person and missed it.. No I have not. Maybe I mis read the RED capital letters in my email box this morning, maybe not. What is good is I came to write this journal entry..Thank you to the person for the opportunity to reflect. I will keep your persona in confidence should you wish to introduce yourself then no one will know who you are.

Please remember that Reiki draws from the Universe just like all other countries across the Earth - Globe. Reiki is only part of a bigger picture as is the Western way of doing things.
