Personal working diet experience and "how to stay in shape" - alternative name: changing your life!
INTRO/WARNINGS/READ:
- Before you go into this diet.. actually I don't call this a diet. (I call it: Changing your life)
always CONSULT A DOCTOR and IF YOU DO USE MEDICINE I DON'T SUGGEST YOU TO DO THIS!
INTRO 2 / FEEL DEPRESSED?
- Miracle diet brought back your appetite?
- Feel depressed?
- You thought that you could do it but failed?
THIS IS HOW TO CHANGE IT ALL!
- First eliminate candies, stuff based on lots of sugar, meat from your food collection. Sounds hard? Or does it? Start by eating fish and chicken + salad instead and water is that what you need.
EXAMPLE:
- MORNING: eat two black breads (don't eat white, does not keep your insulin up long and black bread has lots of fiber - you need it anway). Before you eat drink 2 glass of water and after eating do the same again.
- go to work, drink water.
- BREAK / MEAL: eat some fish or chicken, not much but before you do, drink water before and after!
- COFFEE BREAK: water, 2 black breads, water
- EVENING: ONLY WATER OR ICE WATER
.... -> during the day you must drink 3-4L water per day. It fills your stomach and you easily lose the weight without being hungry or always thinking the food. If you start feeling hungry: first try water instead of eating something.
Personal experience: really works, I used to look like air balloon but I lost 16,7 kilos with this diet and im still going down. The good thing is that you don't have to even eat much when your stomach learns to not to ask for the food all the time. "Eating food makes you want to eat more food". I could post before and after but I'm not going to. You can try this for a while and see that it really does work. But remember consult a doctor about the diet you're trying.
Even I did consult a doctor knowing that I have no walls before me but that isn't a bad idea because you are after all doing something to your whole body. And, when you want to stop it's easy actually. If you feel you have lost enough weight just stop drinking that amount of water cos' it isn't healthy do it that much for the rest of your life. You can start drinking normally and eating healthy. I have personally tried lots of diets and NONE of them did work. This one, after a week I noticed that I wasn't that hungry anymore and I didn't need to eat something that tastes good and is bad for your health. Instead I enjoyed fish or chicken meal in a restaurant and it tasted good. During the "diet" you also get a lot of energy and you start really see the effects.
