It was said that in the end times man would eat man. I have no idea what is going on with this but the headlines read "Man shot as Chewing Victims Face Off"

Apparently they were both naked on the ground in the middle of the street when one man was seen eating the other. The man was growling and gouging the eyes out of the other man. When he failed to respond to the people around them telling him to stop someone shot him.
