It seemed as if the whole world was passing before me this morning. As I meditated, images flashed on the screen of my mind showing scenes of abuse; yet, somehow, I could see beyond the horror of actions that the people were mostly clueless. I felt compassion where I would ordinarily find judgment rising. The words of Jesus came again and again: "They know not what they do."
