Whether we talk of Jehovah, Allah, Zeus, Atman, Great Spirit...whatever word or name you wish to apply to the Creator and Divine Essence that is Life and Love, the Being, Force, Cause does not need our puny defenses. In fact, whenever we attempt to defend our name of pereception against those that see it a different way, we automatically move into judgment and out of Love, thus breaking the universal Law of the One we call God, a Law the permeates all religions: Love one another. Only the man or woman that has no personal relationship with the Creator believes God needs defense; but it's not God, it's that person's belief that is being defended. It's pure ego still stuck in delusion! The essense of religion is self-righteousness and separation. The essense of spirituality is unconditional love and unity
