St.Germain speaking at the December 18th, 2007 Ashtar Teleconference:

"Greetings, it is I, St. Germaine. Blessed we all are.  And I come to speak, especially of the freedom with which you so beautifully gave. We were in such high vibration together that lack of freedom could not exist.  And so it is that you sent out this beautiful gift, these loving visions, unhampered and unimpeded by that which you might call the lower vibrational energies. So it has already gone out throughout the entire universe, beloved ones.  Beautiful loving messages coming from all of you, co-created from all of us who stand in service to planet earth at this time and what a time it is.  So here is a vision for you, beloved ones. 

"You may have seen some colors during this grand exercise that you completed.  And if you did, you might have focused upon one color in particular, it is of course, what you call the Violet Ray.  When you do an exercise of such high frequency, you call forth all of the colors of love and empowerment; the colors of Divine Creation.  That really includes all of the colors, but quite often the most prominent one of them will be one or more colors of the family of purple.  There is, of course, the white light, and even colors that you may not know or have seen before. 

"What is important is the energies that they are, and that they help to create. The colors of healing were well represented here.  The color of truth.  You may have recognized that Archangel Michael was very present and is still.  All of the beautiful shining radiant colors that you are.  We can assure you that the Violet Ray was, while this love was going out, quite effective.  You see, when you send out these loving visions, there are those that have so many blocks and fears in themselves that they see the visions as unattainable for themselves.  The Violet Ray was quite busy tonight, helping to transmute many of those lower vibrational frequencies into high frequencies so that Love meets Love.  Love meets love.  Love fans the spark of Love into the roaring flames.  Love creates and generates even more Love.  Love joins Love and empowers all of the visions that you created, that you gifted to the planet and, indeed, to the universe beyond.  All that went out was Love. 

"And in opening to receive it, you even took in the colors within your beings.  And, so, if you had a hurt, an upset, a lack feeling or whatever, this was an opportune time for the Violet Ray to help with the transmutation of whatever your individual beings might have desired.  And so it is possible, as you look back and review this exercise that you just co-created, you might realize that during this time, since you were so welcoming and so beautifully receiving that Love, you might recognize that there was no fear.  Because if you had any of the fear-based emotions at the moment, you allowed them to be transmuted.

"Picture this Love Gift going out to the entire planet and picture that it is accompanied by all of the beautiful healing rays. Picture the Violet Light transmuting fear into Love. Take yourself to the places that you receive in your mind's eye and that you feel in your emotional being and in your mental being, the places which are the most lacking in Love.

"Would you go to the battlefields? Would you contribute to the transmutation of the fear-based emotions into the high vibes of Love on the battlefield?  Well, you did, Beloveds, and you brought a moment of Peace. Think of how many of those in the fighting uniforms might have paused before pulling the triggers and maybe not have pulled the triggers at all.  Think of those who might have seen those children dancing. They have come to so much Love for the children that they now want to participate in making a better world for the children to be in. 

"See the Violet Ray going out to those who have no homes or food and see it transmuting the fear for the future into the Peace of now.  And see the wave continuing. See the gift continuing to be sent.  It is most powerful and empowering what you did, always accompanied by Lady Liberty herself.  So that people who have, until this moment, been in despair or into hopelessness, now dare to rise above their fears and to pass the vision that you have sent out. And if they dare to raise their frequencies into Joy or perhaps the Hope that goes with Joy, they might feel the truth and they might know that it is a better world that they have an opportunity to participate in co-creating. Then they might even consciously join in. Indeed that is happening around the world! 

"So picture it and feel it and know that on this evening and in this gathering, that wherever you are in the world, whatever the times says, know that you have sent this grand Gift out and it has been felt worldwide. It has gone forth and been accompanied by all of the glorious colors and the energy waves with their healing and truth-telling and transmutational, transformational powers. And that whenever you use these energies and do an exercise such as this, it is having grand effects.  Some are receiving it in their subconscious beings.  Many many more are receiving it in their consciousness.  This is what the grand awakening is all about. This is the co-creation of that which you might call the new world.  It is joyful and it is beautiful.  It is a way to recreate heaven on earth.

"We thank you and congratulate you and we encourage you to join in the healing wave.  We encourage you and invite you to join in hearts around the world and to send this grand wave; this loving wave.  And while it is a gift for the entire world, remember that it is to empower those who have been the biggest prisoners of all.  If you think that you freedoms have been eroded, sabotaged and in some cases, downright canceled, then remember that those who have been doing these things are prisoners themselves of the programming that they received.  We invite you to stand with us and with Lady Liberty and send them so much Love that they themselves will feel empowered.  Send them the Violet Ray as the tool and send them the healing,  that they may feel empowered themselves to accept the Love.  Remember they are imprisoned by this and so offer them the Love, because that is what can truly free them.

"And so, we thank you, that you have called us forth. We have given you truth. We have given you follow-up.  And we are reflecting back to you, beloved ones, the Truth and the Freedom and above all else, the Peace that passes all understanding. Together we co-create this for Planet Earth.  And in this co-creation there is Abundance for all. It is prepared for you, Beloveds.  I, St. Germaine, and all those who have been helping, in body and beyond, have kept the promise.  All is in readiness.  And the entire Earth will be bathed in the Abundance that will serve as the tool, and the entire Earth shall enjoy the Freedom to use the tools and the Freedom to come together as one and to stand united in Peace, in Wellness and in Abundance of all that is created from Love and from the highest vibrations.

"We have grand work yet to do, but we thank you so much for giving of your time and energies and, most of all, your beautiful Love, to come together in this gathering to create that which we have created for the entire world. We shall be participants in that healing wave and we shall welcome you all to participate with us, to extend even more of the gift of Love to the entire Planet Earth, below, on and above, and indeed to the universe beyond. And so, we thank you, beloved ones and I bid you farewell at this moment, but we are never separate or apart.  Namaste, Family.".
