Intuitive Malfunction by Andrea Hess

Hello Andrea:
Thank you for this article about intuitive malfunction.

In my life, most of the time my intuition guides me especially when I am looking for the truth or an answer for something that I have come to better understanding of how things should be done the right way. Because I do not know if it is going to be right or wrong,
do some research or analysis and I weight the pros and cons to prove the truth in my perception of how things should be done. Always, I am glad that I followed my insticts because I end up having the right choices.

However, the problem comes in when for all kinds of different reasons, as an example, in the workplace others do not have the same high standards, integrity and effort that that I have that I feel "let down" because no matter how much you want things to go smoothly and correctly, working relationships becomes difficult. Others do their own thing differently in their life and in their work that when you are faced with a difficult challenge, finding solutions to problems sometimes becomes so frustrating because what others people do is something we can't control. Most of the time, it can can get someone emotionally and physically drained because other people's business although we do not want to be involved, could affect you too in the performance of your job that it can make you upset and feel totally frustrated.

What we can control though is how we respond and to react and not allow others to take advantage of us that we can keep our sanity intact and our energy is not depleted to the maximum.

In "Connecting with People" we should be aware that not everyone are dishonest or without integrity. Being around other supportive and caring people could help us bounce back to having the same positive energy and enthusiasm that we originally have when we entered the work force. It will keep us well-balanced and having more healthier attitude in the workplace. Of course, as always whenever we have troubles, part of having sound mind is connecting with the One That Is Higher Than Us, the one who is really the source of all our faith and better understanding when people and others bitterly disappoint us because no one has any control of human journey, except God.!!!
